Job Description

Responsible and organize to implement, oversee management of purchase of goods is assigned, including the work:
-Search engines, reviews, development of foreign suppliers of domestic and
-Negotiate, negotiate price, terms of the contract; review contracts and perform the work related to the management of contracts with suppliers
-Directly implement the business purchase and control the operations of purchase of goods
-Make sure the purchase activities of the Department to meet and comply with ISO standards and related work processes.

Job Requirements

-Graduate of the relevant professions.
-Experience on 3 years in the work of a purchase in the mechanical field
-Master, understand and apply correctly the flexibility of rules, laws, business practices in international trade, foreign trade business.
-Understand the usual, foreign business practices, import and export rules of the country of export.
-Understand and use fluent the process, guide purchase 

-Very good communication skills, ability to negotiate, negotiate at a high level in order to reach the lucrative deals in the purchase. Good internal communication: can working group and the internal Exchange of information efficiently.
-English or Chinese.
-Good job organization skills: know how to organize, allocate and manage time scientifically, logically. 
-Computer skills: use of win word, excel, power point and internet applications skills, meet the work requirements: set of tools, tables, this excel form and guide for staff deployment.
